Avery directors; Sarah Tyson, Robert Tyson and Daren Podbury, launched Avery Estate Agents in 1988. Sarah and Daren; two very enthusiastic, well-trained estate agents, alongside Robert; a well-respected entrepreneur within local business, had decided the time was right to open their own Estate Agency. Their aim was to provide a first class personal service to the local people of  Weston, Worle & the surrounding villages.

Avery opened in 1988, since then there have been major changes within the industry over the years and drastic highs and lows within the market sector, closing many agents’ doors. We are proud to promote that Avery is continually growing and remains an owner run company. Our ethics have not changed since the first day of opening with the directors still strongly involved in the day-to-day running of the business.

Sarah Tyson utilises her skills of over 30 years within estate agency and is the best trainer of estate agents you will find. What Sarah doesn't know about selling a property isn't worth knowing!

Daren Podbury works within the sales team, sharing his years of knowledge & expertise to achieve the best outcome for every property. He is very well respected within the local community due to his honesty, commitment and enviable reputation. Daren has sold literally hundreds of properties over the years and his years of experience have taught him to never give up.

Although over 25 years have passed, Avery still has the same drive to succeed over and above our competitors. Our growing team offer an excellent balance of experience and youth, sharing exactly the same enthusiasm, skill and determination to demonstrate exactly what our motto promotes; 'Matching People with Property'.
